Daniel Rivera

External Assistant Chief Justice Daniel Rivera is a sophomore from Pembroke Pines, FL majoring in International and Global Studies with a minor in Diplomacy and a certificate in Intelligence and National Security. Outside of Student Government, Daniel works at and is involved with the Burnett Honors College. Daniel joined SG his freshman year in SGLC and the Judicial Leadership Council. He serves as a member of the Judicial Outreach Committee, the Judicial Experience Committee, and the Latin/Hispanic Caucus. In his role as the External Assistant Chief Justice, he oversees and manages the outreach efforts and events of the Judicial Branch and serving as a coordinator for the SGLC and JLC programs. Daniel’s favorite part about the Judicial Branch is working with students on various appeals and our outreach initiatives to inform the student body on their rights.
