Internal Rules Committee The Internal Rules Committee (IRC) is dedicated to reviewing and amending Title V and the Judicial Rules and Procedures, as well as monitoring and updating any other internal proceedings within the branch to make sure all official business is being conducted properly. Recently, Precedent has also been committed to increasing the accessibility of Judicial Branch resources and appellate services to the student body.
