Judicial Branch Records

The Judicial Branch is composed of students dedicated to improving the life of the student body at UCF by working to uphold and protect students’ rights through interpretation of the Student Body Constitution and University Policies. Justices serve on several appeals hearings including parking citation appeals, election eligibility and violation appeals, appeals for RSO fiscal sanctions, Student Conduct, and more. Justices also serve as impartial advisors for students going through the conduct and grade appeal processes.

Recently, the Judicial Branch has become more proactive by creating various initiatives aimed at increasing awareness throughout the UCF community of different rules and policies. If you have any concerns regarding your rights, or believe that your rights as a student here at the university have been violated in any way, the Judicial Branch would be more than willing to assist you. Also, please feel free to stop by the Judicial Branch office at any time for more information!

Here you can find records from the Judicial Branch, including Judicial opinions and records from the Attorney General.
