Lyft

The Lyft pass program has shifted to KnightConnect, so students will no longer need to input monthly codes. Please follow the steps below to utilize this service:

  1. Log into UCF KnightConnect
  2. Search “Student Government Executive Branch”
  3. Select the form titled “Lyft Pass – Safe Ride Program” and complete
  4. Expect access to the program 2 business weeks after submitting this form. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please email: sgatransportation@ucf.edu

Here’s how your lyft pass works

  • $7.50 off per ride for 2 rides
  • Is renewed monthly
  • Valid for Monday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:59 PM, Friday – Sunday: 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM
  • Pickups and Dropoffs must be in UCF Ride Smart or UCF Ride Smart.
  • Valid on all car modes

Your pass will be automatically applied to qualifying rides.

Pro Tip: Access this link on your mobile device to easily get or access the Lyft app. Make sure you have the latest version of the Lyft app to access your full Lyft Pass benefits.

All or a portion of your ride is covered so long as it meets certain parameters – like time, location, or ride type – set by your Lyft Pass provider.

Lyft Pass works right from the app and applies automatically to eligible rides, so you don’t have to worry when to use it.
